Creating a Newsletter
Step 1
      -   Make sure you are logged into the Administration Control Panel and click on the "Newsletters" link on the left navigation bar.

- Click on the link titled "Add Newsletter."
Step 3
- You should now be at the Add Newsletter page where you must enter the name of the newsletter you want to add. Type in the name and press the "Add" button.
Step 4
- Now go back to the Newsletters page and refresh the page. The new newsletter should be displayed with a "(0)" next to it. The number next the newsletter name indicates the number of members who are currently subscribed to that newsletter. Since you have just created this newsletter, it will be 0.
